The Pears Cumbria School of Medicine mission is to train skilled clinicians to deliver high-quality care, foster a research informed culture and advance medical education.
This four-year Imperial degree programme is delivered in Cumbria in collaboration with the 探花视频 and enrols graduate entry students. The bespoke curriculum has been specifically designed to meet the needs of the region.
Uniting the 探花视频's expertise in the education of nurses, midwives and allied health professionals with Imperial's reputation as one of the world's best medical schools, the curriculum has been co-created with regional NHS partners and is designed to support the retention of doctors in Cumbria and the North West.

The 探花视频 has an extensive range of programmes leading to exciting career opportunities in nursing, midwifery, diagnostic radiography, physiotherapy, occupational therapy and paramedicine. In addition, we provide opportunities in Biomedicine suited to those who may be considering a graduate entry programme in medicine. The programme is subject to ongoing quality assurance by the General Medical Council (GMC).

The 探花视频 and Imperial College London are working together to launch a new graduate entry medical school in Carlisle.
The new school, which aims to enrol its first students in autumn 2025, will train new doctors for Cumbria and North West England to transform healthcare in local communities.
